How to Achieve Goals Which We Set
Setting a goal is the first step should you have one in your mind that you want to achieve. Once you are done with thinking about attaining a specific goal of yours, we can move on to the next step, which is how we can actually achieve the goal that we have set.

1. Have a clear vision of your goal: It is important to know how your goal is going to benefit you. The greater the benefit, the more committed you are supposed to be towards achieving it.
2. Add it to your schedule: If you have a written schedule, then make sure to add the activities associated with your goal to it. If not, then make sure you take up the activities every day so that you keep getting closer to attaining your goal.
3. Set a specific time for its fulfillment: If you set a specific time frame for attaining your goal, then it becomes easier for you to work towards it. The time limit creates a sense of responsibility and keeps you determined.

4. Discuss your goal with someone: Tell a family member or a close friend about your goal. If you do not act diligently to attain it, they can remind you of your goal and motivate you to achieve it.
5. Keep track of your performance: It is important to keep track of your performance towards attaining the goal. If you are too inconsistent, then gradually you might start to lose hope and eventually fail to achieve your set goal.
6. Make use of tech devices: If you are someone who lives alone, then gaining motivation for achieving your goal can be quite difficult. Thus, set up reminders on your phone or smart devices so that they can remind you of your activities.

But, instead of giving it up entirely, take a temporary break to regain your peace of time. Give the situation some time to turn normal, and then start afresh on your journey to attaining your goal.
